"HORIZON"

This project focuses on the gated community “Horizon,” composed of six townhouses.

The plot under study is located in a rural landscape, dotted with some scattered houses and small developments in the surroundings.

 

Five of the six houses share an identical layout, while the one located further east presents slight differences, namely a larger area and the inclusion of a private pool. All the houses share the same solar orientation and follow a common spatial organization, distributed over two floors.

Although it is a gated community, the intention was to ensure the privacy and individual comfort of each dwelling. To this end, each house features an interior courtyard sheltered from the wind, as well as a private outdoor terrace.
